**Manage - Funds Departments**

1. **Question**: Why is a Funds Department which was deleted still displayed on Purchase Orders?

                - **Answer**: Users should not be deleting Departments as it holds history of data for previous transactions and also may be currently tied to a recent transaction. However, if users no longer wish to see a Department displayed when creating or editing a Purchase Order, they can go to the Funds Management tab, click the actions button, click the "Remove Accounts" button and then click the "X" next to the Department they do not wish to be displayed anymore. **Removing the account would have to be done for each month.**
